“New River, it’s this great little piece of property on the outskirts of Phoenix. One of these days it will be worth a fortune!”
Steph loved Ryan to the moon, but these crazy ideas had to stop.
“And where on earth did you hear about this little gem of a property?”
The History
This is the back of a booming real estate office for New River, Arizona. It’s located just north of Phoenix right off I-17.
